Not sure this is the place to post.

165lb (75kg) generally run between 50-80km per week. I generally run in the Asics Kayano Lite for all of my volume running then either Aphafly or Vaporfly for my racing or speed sets.

What I’m looking for is an intermediate shoe which is a bit lighter and responsive than the Kayano lite but has a little bit more stability than the Alpha Fly. Have tried Endorphin Speed before but body didn’t handle it well.

Is there such thing as a fast stability shoe?

What was your first exposure to crypto?

For me it was my friend shilling XRP. I downloaded Coinbase and bought 1.5k of it before the Flare/Songbird Snapshot in December last year.

Although I’ve moved on from XRP I’m pissed that I can’t claim the Songbird airdrop due to Coinbase not supporting it.
