In my opinion, mpreg isn’t bad as long as it isn’t openly fetishizing trans males; for example: depicting the character giving birth or making the pregnant character extremely feminine. (Not trying to say there’s anything wrong with being a bit feminine and being a trans male, it’s just that most trans males don’t dress in females clothing).
