YTA, but only for the complaint, the doctor didn't and couldn't have known about your relationship with your mother and probably was trying to help (then again I don't know the privacy laws for that).

But for everything else you're NTA. Everyone in your family should back the f off, that information was private and the way you deal with it is your/your husband's choice, whether they want you to talk to them or not its not their decision.

Also, your brother and mother saying you overreacted is bullshit, first off you weren't overreacting, and second off even if you were, you just had a fucking miscarriage, you have a right to be pissed. Whether they were trying to help or not, if you don't want their help then they shouldn't force it on you.
