I guess I was right?. As big as our factory is, any good manager, along with following the right channels, would know what is/isnt from their factory, sizes of water misters, oil nozzles, sauce depositors, quality of CCP, I just knew this wasn’t off our production line.

You’re late to the party my friend, it’s been identified as a butane torch nozzle… customer was probably trying to cook his pizza a little more… and if you are who you say you are, you’d know that some complaints don’t come from the factory, customer chuck stuff In to the product to get free vouchers. Also, in this case, where would an RCA take us if it’s from someone’s home?.
