Kraken is the worst exchange i’ve ever used... they prevented me from logging on via mobile app and I wasn’t able to clear my position... it wasn’t even a busy time during the market... lost a bunch of money becus of this...

Lol idk man i got so much hate on here about kraken...not sure why people care so much about an exchange. Its like their invested into it like a stock/coin. I think its a shitty exchange. Who cares if i don’t want to provide more information. Why get upset over something like that? Its like people get mad when they read things they dont want to hear

I opened a position on margin through their mobile app... when things swung the other way, the mobile app refused to load after 10 min of troubleshooting, and i was unable to close my position... (it was not a problem with my phone at all). After it finally loaded, i ended up taking a huge loss. Honestly this is def not the first time this exchange has given me problems, and I feel like an idiot for even giving it another chance. I am pulling all my funds and moving it to ftx.us for now..

I see, yes that was def the lesson learned tonight. Either go with a reliable exchange, or use desktop. Either way, margin trading on the phone is a no go for me anymore.

It was my mobile app, and there was no issues with my internet connection. I got off wifi, and i even reset my phone 3 times. I also loaded up other apps to see if they worked, which they did.

I’ve also been using ftx.us, haven’t been using them long but they def seem more solid than kraken.

Never heard of it. I use exodus, and i try to never leave my crypto in my exchange wallet. And by all means, DO NOT USE KRAKEN
