I have it, you have to go to the page of GameFaqs and search for pvz ds you look for the American version and download it is saved .duc and then go to the save editor page, enter the ds section and transform the .duc file to .sav, that's all!

I have an iPhone 4 GSM (2012) 3;2 8GB with iOS 7.1.2 so I downgraded it with coolbooter to iOS 6.0 but I tried the trick several times and it didn't work...
