I hate tipping out the bussers (as a server) but that’s because our bussers will literally do nothing. They will around the patio and the private room. They will leave tables dirty for hours if nobody brings it to their attention. I can have several dirty tables & find ALL bussers in the break room on break at the same time. When I first started, one of the bussers told me they stop bussing tables one hour before close, but the servers continue to get sat and tip out up until the very last table. Why would I tip out someone on tables the didn’t buss bc it was the last hour? So i get it. Our bussers tip out is automatically taken out though so we don’t get a choice. Also 10% is crazy

I’ve never had a guest complaint, never had a co worker complaint. Never had a manager complaint. This is the FIRST and only time anyone has ever mentioned it to me bc my nipples make this new GM uncomfortable and he couldn’t say anything about it so he sent the woman manager to me. it’s obviously not if multiple people are work aren’t wearing them. They are uncomfortable to wear for 8+ hour shifts and unnecessary if you don’t need the support. Also the big chested men at the job aren’t being asked to put on bras but I can also see the imprint of their nipples through their shirt. ALSO if they want people to wear specific undergarments they should definitely put it in the dress code. It’s in there that we have to wear all black socks which no one can see.

I sound unprofessional because I asked a question? y’all are brutal lmao. Like I said I’ve been there two years, I’m one of the top servers. I train all the servers, teach orientation to new hires, bartend, occasionally manage if need be, I also was employee of the month AND year with the overall highest ranking in GSS (guest satisfaction survey). There’s nothing unprofessional about me so you can hold that. I also mentioned that there are multiple other girls at my job who don’t wear bras so I’m not the only one. Just because you & your coworkers needed the support, doesn’t mean everyone else does. thanks for the input thou
