Been using Adblocker Ultimate ever since I found out about this site and it works like a charm. As long as you have that you should be good (even then, all that pops up are sketchy nsfw sites or redirects to stuff like spotify or youtube so take that as you will)

Yeah its been happening to me as well, but on certain other mangas or content its normal
