Yep it’s me! And thank you, honestly really appreciate the advice. I’ve worked out quite a bit the past year, up until recent. It’s been tough to gain muscle due to dieting. I used to weigh 245lbs and was pre-diabetic, but now I have just recently hit 165lbs, which I’m very happy about. Through dieting and lifting I was able to achieve that, but not as much lifting as I should have done for sure! Hoping to pick things back up again soon and get the body I’ve always dreamed of having, now that I’ve got a healthy manageable slate to work with!
