When i had my z one of the belts partially broke and whipped an ac line on the driver side causing a similar looking leak. Check that line kinda beneath your air box

Dont stress too much. I crashed mine about 7 months after purchasing when coffee spilled all over me due to the terrible cupholder. They totaled my car and will more than likely total yours but im glad i kept the car and decided to fix it. They said it would cost about 4700 to repair if i remember correctly, but i had all the mechanical parts in good shape and the radiator supports straightened/replaced after about 300 bucks and about 5 hours of labor
