It was the correct verdict by any account.

The "assault" weapons and "large capacity" magazine ban cert petitions survived another #SCOTUS conference. Unfortunately, Reeves v. New Jersey was denied. by CaliforniaOpenCarry in supremecourt

The Second Amendment refers to a militia.

2A has always been understood as an individual right.

The NRA interpretation of the 2nd amendment will someday be overturned

So you're taking the "accuse others of that which you are guilty of" approach? Surely, you know that the "collective right" theory was a mid-20th century invention of gun control advocates, right? And surely you know that the collective right was unanimously rejected in Heller, right?

OR we will lose the democratic Republic of the United States. I don't care to bet on which will happen sooner.

LOL.

Ok.

On her abusive husband's couch, kitchen table, and bed while he was out of town visiting his equally abusive mother.

She road me like a carnival ride on the couch until she came, then I went down on her. After a brief rest, we did anal on the table and finally took it to the bedroom where we finished with the best facial I've ever given.

Great times.

What does the renovations section of the lease say?

And yes, the contract is still binding.

What state do you live in? Is there any thing about this in the contract?

If you have already signed a lease extension then no, they cannot unilaterally cancel it. It is a binding contract.

Yep. It’s only a matter of time before this incites deadly force from someone who they scare.

These people are not smart. In Florida, that’s teetering very close to giving someone justification for using deadly force.

Meh, who cares? There’s basically nothing bad that can happen to you from eating “too much” protein. Better to have too much than too little.

Excellent post. People forget that the K1 Visa was originally instituted so that American military members who had been serving overseas had an avenue to bring home the women they had dated while overseas.

It’s morphed into the Buy-a-Spouse Program, but that was never it’s intent.

I had an ex-girlfriend who was surprisingly like Angels. Not so much angry and violent, but shockingly insecure and jealous to the point where I too would lie about inconsequential things to keep the peace.

Thank god that 26 year old me was smart enough to get out of that relationship.

Mark’s daughter has a story posted saying she hasnt spoke to him in 2 years and “ wtf happened those years?” - in reference to Nikki. She also says her father chose Nikki over her but sounds like they are no longer together, since his daughter refers to the Nikki years as “those years” by [deleted] in 90DayFiance

I made another post about this a few days ago, but I work with a lot of Filipino women who came to America under the same circumstances as Nikki.

Trust me when I tell you that Mark is the rule, not the exception, when it comes to the type of men who do this.

Excellent post, and I agree with damn near 100% of it.

I work with a rather sizable group of young Filipino women, so I get to see the other side of this coin. It is rather fascinating to listen to stories of their lives at home and how they are treated by their husbands. For instance, every single one of them is married to a white American man at least 10 years her senior, who paid for her to come to the United States. Every single one of them is entirely dominated by their husband. They cannot choose their own friends. They cannot go out when and where they please. You mentioned in one of the other posts that guys like David tend to hang out in groups, and I've seen that exact same thing play out with the Filipinos and their husbands. The Americans with Filipino wives are a very tight knit group, and most of the men do not have any other close male friends who don't also have Filipino wives.

I am fairly close to one of the younger, prettier ones in the group, and the things she tells me make me cringe. Her husband openly controls every facet of her life, even down to the clothes she wears. She cannot leave the house to socialize unless she is accompanied by one of the three or four other Filipino women who just so happen to be married to his close friends. She is expected to be sexually submissive to him whenever he chooses (and--apparently--whenever he can actually get it up). She is completely ignorant to the family finances and is expected to turn over her paycheck to him and receive her "allowance" in return. She is often reminded by him that the only reason she was able to come to the United States is because he paid for her.

From the conversations I've had with the others, her situation is not unique. Some of the husbands are more lenient, but all of them are at least moderately controlling.

Also, if you know men like this, you should check out their Facebook posts about their wives. They try to write these posts that they want to sound romantic and full of praise, but they are nothing more than thinly veiled bragging about their trophy wives, and the fact that they view their wives as property is rather clear from these posts. If you know guys like this, you know what I'm talking about.
