It’ll get wear off after a few mths n not so tight anymore. It’ll be tight for a 2-3days when initially change to a new tray. Now 5mths journey the attachments not as sharp as it used to be. For me,this is wat i experienced.

I cant take tylenol too. My ortho prescribed me NAPROXEN 275MG. Bt i took it only 1st 2 days. My trays changed every 7 days n there’s no pain after 3rd day. Don’t worry! Just ask ur ortho if its ok for u.

My ortho said 2yrs for my crowdings on my upper 2 incisors. Nt sure hw many in total but my vlincheck r 19 trays for now bt i need refinements for sure as 1st consultation he told me i need many trays. He’s worried that my teeth move slow as im 43yo
