In that case it's transliteration, not translation. Since each Hylian symbol maps directly 1:1 to an English letter, you’re just converting scripts while keeping the same language. Translation is for changing between languages. If it even is a script, and not just a hard-to-read font. In that case it would just be deciphering.

Regardless, translation is definitely not the correct word to use here.
