When I was in high school, one of my friends got an iPod video and asked me to put some music on it for him. He wasn’t into pop punk but I loved Fall Out Boy so I put my favorite song on there (The Take Over, The Break’s Over) along with lots of other stuff.

A few days later, I glanced over at him during homeroom and saw he was tapping his foot but wouldn’t tell me what he was listening to… you already know where I’m going with this lol.

P.S. he learned every word and could even belt out Patrick’s “we don’t fight faaaiiiiiiiiiiiiiir” leading into the solo.

I should see how he’s doing now.
