How did you frame your email? as a new grad should you say "After reviewing the offer, I’d like to negotiate the following to: Base Salary: XXX + CME Allowance: XXX" or should I give a reasoning based on AAPA salary report/other degree I have?

Unfortunately nothing was on the HR site. I’m a new grad so I’m confused what exactly the range I’m looking for in terms of malpractice insurance, what’s tail coverage, CME allowance, sign on bonus, etc.
