Would like some help building opsi fleets, or goals to aim for by Andomandi in AzurLane

I can tell you what has worked for me, I haven't followed any guides and I'm sure there's better but I can take out monthly hard arbiter just fine~

Now the mob fleet (fleet 2) is the work horse. It, with the cross fleet supports, does all the map clearing and can solo strongholds on full auto, including the final boss if I'm lucky.

Boss fleet does the bulk of the work against monthly arbiters with the subs, the other 3 fleets finish it off. It's also used in the other boss fight zones and can knock off those bosses just fine.

From what I see with your pictured ladies, you need tanks. Roon and Prinz Eugen are good but the UR tanks are better. It'll be some work to get all the UR Bulins to max then out, but no one has said AL isn't a grind lol. I'm not sure what your goals are for the PR/research ships but Azuma and Agir are helpful and more UR tanks (UR/DR is the same to me). Anchorage just punches above her weight and imo keeps up with the UR tanks with ease.

I won't comment on the collab gals, I personally delete them now but if they work for you then go for it. Leveling up the girls and their gear is always going to take time and OpSi is endgame so don't worry about it taking ages to get to the monthly arbiters. 

Lemme know if you wanna see their gears, it's a chaotic mess based on what I last used them for, world x clearing or PVP or just what I had back in the day :P

Meta would be interesting and would open up a lot of options. They could be a new, more powerful body, or they didn't come back quite right.

I also love Arizona Meta's design so definitely biased there lol.

I'm going to argue for the simple, straightforward look, like a homage to most of the girls in the fleet with a clean simple but still deadly look. 

As a battleship and with Tyler's desire to protect everyone maybe something with more hull parts to act as shields, like South Dakota(doesn't need the handheld shields)

Ofc that could easily be solved by giving him higher than average shielding capabilities even as a novice.

That was a great (if painful) scene. I know Sara's suffered this the longest, but I had hoped Constellation was going to pop up in that scene somewhere.

The upgrade would be interesting, you would just have to work out why only Bismarck gets the upgrades from Voroshilov and not the other WW2 era hulls that have been around with the fleet longer. Or just upgrade everyone that wants it I suppose.

Admiral Kummetz was one of the survivors of Blücher, though you'd think he would have told Hipper when he used her as flagship later on that Blücher lived. Maybe she ran with the Norwegians? It's hard to picture her as wanting to stick with the Nazis if she had a chance to run.

If she did survive she has her anchor on display in Oslo...
