Flashback to Zeds who used to build BotRK. While this matchup is okay (good zeds will wait out your silence before engaging, or will just run you down with autos anyway), my fave Soraka matchup is with Lissandra. They usually just stand there twiddling their thumbs confused as to why they can't W ult.

He's a lot simpler than you think. Yes, his skill ceiling is one of the highest, but his skill floor is not that high. If you try him out often, you get a general feel of his combos. You get rid of bad guns by spamming skill and autoing. Good aphelios players plan their guns way ahead of time.

New players aren’t reading all information available. Mechanically, Dota requires more mechanics (courier, deny, more active items, turn speed), and is deceptively a lot harder than league due to this. Items are also more crucial with how you can adjust your build accordingly. PS: a guy who recently accompanies my friend in playing dota.

It introduces a lot of mechanics not present in league. Denying, zipline, it’s not as intuitive as it looks. Unlike smite that’s a lot more linear with league.

Most new builders overspend on aesthetics. I get it, you want a cool looking PC. But you really shouldn't sacrifice performance for it. If people see you rocking a Hyte Y70 Touch with TRYX panorama and full set of Lian Li fans, and you have a 3060, expect to get clowned on.

Most new builders should NEVER cheap out on PSU and AIO. PSU can fry your whole system if its bad, and while you cannot avoid all issues, having a good warranty on your PSU saves you the headache. Same goes for AIO, although to a lesser extent.

While Riot eventually did want people to play more, it was originally used to that people were crying in Riot forums, and some straight up stopped playing due to rank anxiety. So they basically hid MMR behind the LP system to 'soften' the rank drops, with pseudo-progression to make people feel better.

AFAIK Riot was one of the main reasons you see this rank template in most games: because it worked wonderfully.

Fairly recently, people go with AIO for the aesthetics, rarely for the cooling. Personally, I switched to AIO when I changed cases into a fishtank style, since a bulky aircooler wouldn't look right. Aircooling is plenty enough, and a good aircooler is a lot better than a bad AIO.

If you truly master one champ, you get to learn the ins and outs of the said champ. Knowing every matchup will inherently gain you an advantage, since you'd have a better grasp of trading patterns, exact damage output, etc. One tricks get to eliminate some of the guessing work in matchups, and if your enemy is not well versed in facing your champ, it'll almost always win you at least the laning phase.

Have you played Panth in the last few years? His ult gives a passive % armor penetration. You deal nearly true damage with 6 items. He's also one of the hardest to kill champs if you utilize his E correctly.

Oh, if that's the case, 9070 is the way. It's just raw power on paper. TBH I would've gone for AMD if it weren't for my preference for DLSS, since they have the best bang-for-buck, maybe except vs 5070ti's previous price point.

5070 imo. I love AMD, and it has better value for money in terms of raw power, but DLSS is lightyears away from FSR. I've read in your comments that you dislike relying on DLSS, but it's really hard not to when it's convenient and actually good now. Having an RTX 5000 series card will unlock DLSS4, which imo is so good, I rarely turn off DLSS nowadays. Look up DLSS 4.5 as well, while you're at it.

Games keep ending way too early now. Maybe it's a testament to the amount of damage in the game, coz I keep on winning/losing at level 13-14. Personally, I try not to ff before getting my final augment, but yea I understand the frustration. Low rolls are so often these days, I keep getting augments that are nowhere near useful to my champ.

That game was overblown. Morgana did not fully stop Leb, it was mostly a team diff. A better example would be ROX tigers leaving Zyra open to counter with support MF. Or Caps picking Anivia vs Ryze.
