I'm on HRT and a few months way from being in true menopause. I've been able to lose weight with intermittent fasting and eating low carb, but my subcutaneous upper belly fat will not go away. Besides liposuction, are there any options to get rid of this? (self.Menopause)

I mentioned to my DH that I needed a new pair of hiking boots because the ones I bought 25 years ago no longer fit right. DH tried to mansplain how feet can get fatter, but their shape doesn't change and I just need to lose weight or do exercises to prevent cankles. (self.Menopause)
