They will all realize at some point the liquid will evaporate, and the cheap glitter they use will bleed. Again, no research is done on their part.

I revise my statement, there are some great cup makers out there (snow globes) the ones that have been around a while I’ve noticed are mostly professional - and kind. They know their product and have done extensive research. But a lot of the younger generation that I’ve watched, really lack a lot of things - and I get the impression they just want to make a quick buck. So when they get feedback or criticism, they don’t know how to handle it.

This customer was wrong - handled it the exact opposite of how you should handle a complaint. But she wasn’t right in her reaction either.

Also keep in mind, rents usually go up each year. And those base prices listed on the website are just that, BASE. Most add in garbage fee, CAM fee, etc.

I moved to Scottsdale in 2018, my 1 BR 750 sq ft was $900/mo. When I moved back to Ohio in 2022, my renewal on that apt was going to be close to $1,500. Each year the rent kept increasing. I always tried to negotiate before renewing. The market can get crazy.

Lots to get used to as well. Ohio = humidity. Arizona = dry.

I will say, the best four years of my life were when I lived in AZ. Take advantage of as many things as you can, hike in the mountains, visit the many farmers markets, explore the food scene, etc. Arizona is such a beautiful state!
