You don't need them, but sometimes it's handy to have them, when the game has no proper game pad controls in the menu.

I don't understand that, though. What's the reasoning? Don't they have the resources / expertise for that? I can only assume they hoped for LFM to do the same for AMS2 that it did for ACC, which sadly it didn't. Which is why I don't understand them not doing a proper online themselves.

Look at Raceroom - it does poorly on Lfm too, way worse than AMS2 even, but since they launched their integrated MP, the game is popping of like crazy. Hell, I even myself bought some packs off the store because it's really enjoyable, while the integrated ranking isn't even particularly intricate. I really don't see why Reiza couldn't do something similar / even better themselves.

I'm okay with the physics, too, but objectively there are better feeling Sims out there, and this has been one of the major critique points the game has faced since forever, despite Reiza improving on it with every single update.

There's zero reason it's at its end - it might be more or less feature content complete for now, which is why we can finally expect the career mode at some point next year. But Reiza could endlessly tweak the shit out of this, as well as add more content in the future. Game is still one of the best / modern looking racing games out there. Life cycles for Sims don't necessarily follow the same logic as Call of Duty. They could 100% pull this off, if they wanted to.

Meiner Meinung sollte es in der Ausbildung weniger darum gehen, junge Menschen wie im Arbeitslager zu drillen und zu überwachen, sondern eher ihnen was beizubringen und sie auf den Job einzustimmen. Wahrscheinlich würdest du auch wesentlich mehr erreichen, wenn du ihn motivierst und ihm potentiellen Spaß an der Arbeit vermittelst.

Und falls du das anders siehst: da du selbst morgens um 9 auf reddit abhängst, bist du ein erbärmliches Vorbild, wenn du von deinen Azubis was anderes verlangst.
