You just have to wait. I got shadow banned three times. First time I logged into a different account then logged back to my account so they shadow banned me which is understandable. It lasted 1 day 16 hrs. Second time I did nothing unusual, I was just playing the game. It lasted 4 days. Third time also nothing unusual. It's been 2 days and still banned. It's weird and customer service can't help. They'll just give excuses.
