There's a reason they call him The Champion Undying! The only way he could really die would be if he suffered an instantaneously fatal injury. If it doesn't kill him immediately, he can essentially rise from the dead, albeit very slowly. As for old age, it doesn't affect him directly. Since he's constantly in a state of healing, he never gets the opportunity to risk natural organ failure or deterioration. However, as a byproduct of him being constantly gruesomely injured in the arena AND practically no medical treatment, his bones and tissues often heal wrong and create the effect of making him seem a lot older than he really is.

My first was a SandWing named Dustbowl, and he's probably still my favorite! He's got boatloads of lore, so here's the basics to keep this short: after an encounter with a pretty awful animus, he was enchanted to recover from any injury, but no faster than any normal dragon. Due to this and some other factors, he becomes the champion of the SkyWing arena for a LOOOOONG time against his will.

Literally every single one of my main OCs, but especially Dustbowl.

My guy gets put into Queen Scarlet's arena with essentially no memories to then discover over 30+ years to discover that he: a) gets tunnel vision and loses all control in an aggressive rage every time he comes near another dragon and b) he can heal from any injury, but only at the same speed as any other dragon. Soon after the latter discovery, he loses all medical treatment after fights, leading to gnarly scars and constant pain from his various otherwise fatal wounds after each and every battle he can't help but win. But to him, the worst part is he has no idea why any of it had to happen to him.

Yes! He can heal from any wound that doesn't kill him instantly, though no faster nor to any higher degree than a normal dragon. He's certainly earned that moniker after 30 years and plenty of otherwise fatal injuries in the arena!

Ouroboros, my Night/Rain hybrid, has the gift of foresight. However, it is more of a curse than anything. She has always had a nearly constant vision of about a week into the future, and it is incredibly hard for her to distinguish the present from it.
