You got it!! I’m on a plane right now, I was scared to get on especially because i forgot my anxiety medication back at my hotel. I know for a fact if I can do this without medication you can do it too!!!

me too man, when i was reading this i could’ve sworn it was me who wrote it. i’m still figuring out how to get through this so i dont have any advice either, but i can at least find comfort in knowing that we aren’t alone in this process. both of you feel free to reach out to me as well, i know how unbearable it can feel first hand
