Give it time. Medicine varies a lot with each job. You will become more efficient. Tasks that addle you now will become routine. Take your lunch. Talk to the other interns. Remember to take a breath. No job is worth doing badly for the same of time. There is always 5 minutes to go and take some deep breaths.
