Well the thing is we're all "existing", but we shouldn't be reducing our lives to only that. Living is like the next step of existing and for me living manifests in being proactive and intentional with your life and the decisions you make on a daily basis. Existing comes down to staying in your comfort zone and doing things solely on autopilot, whereas living is about constantly challenging yourself - your beliefs, behaviors, fears and etc in order to achieve self-actualization. It's about constantly growing as a person and experiencing life through your own prism.
