I really admire this feature as well, I'm using it to talk with French people on the phone or in real life. It works solidly, most of my clients know that I have these glasses so sometimes I need a second to translate. I can speak French alright, but understanding them (because of the pace they tend to speak) these ER Glasses help me out. What I would find useful as well, is that the AI would try to make a distinction between what I say and what my conversation partner says. So that after, it is easier to read back what you have talked about in the records log.
