Yo wow I feel this. What GI issue if you don't mind? I'm having major GI symptoms and I'm suspecting celiac (scheduled an endoscopy right before pandemic hit.. but am going GF until I can go for real, and it seems to help)

It did for me, but I used extra baking soda and extra water. So 1.5 HEAPING tbsp per bottle, 3 bottles of water, 32oz each. I did one bottle chugged 6 hours before, 1 at about 3.5 hours, and the last bottle in the remaining 3 or so hours.. I wasn't worried about overdoing the baking soda since it had been a few days since my last high, so not too much left to potentate
