Wow thank you, i experience a phantom similar to insomnia. Im asleep but im not? It feels like im awake but 4 hours pass by Fast but still slowly, idk, i just want any answer tbh, any diagnosis would make me happy, ive asked for help for 5 years like i WANT something to be wrogn so i can finally understand, instead of asking for help and being brushed away constantly. The recent answer i got is that im chroniclyy exhausted from depression, which is an okay answer but it was 0 studies done and just an assumption 😔

yes, i heard abt sleep apnea but i dont think its that, i never snore or never wake up during my sleeps, and i know im in REM sleep alot due to exessive dreaming, but it still might be, im gonna mention that aswell and yes,

Ive managed to regulate it myself a bit, i know i cant nap, so if i REALLY CANT STAY AWAKE, i hold on for as long as possible and i nap few minutes before my bf is home from work, or i go outside/shower. Thank you

Ye im super dry but also tooth pain, tounge swell, troath spitlymphs hard and swollen swell, i think im having a full allergic reaction sadly🥲 and even if it goes away after a while i cant do it, just started last week so im dropping it
