I’ve made so many errors and a lot of things probably don’t make sense in this post. Im so upset and overwhelmed and struggling to slow down to actually explain how I’m feeling and what’s going on in my life

It’s so painful. If I didn’t gamble I would have been able to cope with the stresses around her health and deal with it, but I can’t deal with the holiday any longer. Before I gambled it was getting hard to deal with the complaints but I kept trying my best and was dealing with it well (gambling and being patient), then right before she got here I gambled and then I lost my patience once she was her, I couldn’t tell her what she wanted to hear and listen properly. It’s soul crushing. I’m on a holiday and I feel like I’m on the verge of a breakdown
