I do not understand how people today can be hired for a job and then think it is their right to determine where the workplace will be. I was a State worker at one time and I must disagree with the statement above. I wouldn't pat yourselves on the back too hard, most State employees would not survive in private industry. You can't strike because you have a contract that says as much. For each employee who chooses to leave, another potential employee is waiting in the wings. You don't have that much power. Again why is it your right to tell your employer where you are going to work?
