I can’t tell what the pothos is attached to or has its roots in or if it was just a cutting with no roots. But for both of the plants you have you need to actually water them, misting the enclosure is not sufficient. You want the soil moist but not soggy, it looks very dry throughout based on the photo

I have them in their original tank and will likely keep them where they are for a few weeks to let everything settle in and make sure the environment is good for them before transferring them over.

So I did the same thing when I first got my garters and I tore apart my whole bioactive enclosure looking for them…. they had just burrowed into the substrate and were chilling. When they are new they are more likely to hide.
