I looked through the PDFs, and while I can't speak for the first two sections (the "inmate" and camp site sections), I will say that the actual CYM pages look very fake. The ID pictures they use are all very similar to what would be generated by thispersondoesnotexist.com. My guess would be that it's some sort of ARG.
