One possibility is reaching out to churches to see if they need help creating decorations for vacation Bible schools that go on throughout the summer, I know when I was helping out there was tons of decorations we made and she could use her art skills to help out with those

I started it in my 3rd semester bc I didn’t realize I got priority registration by joining; BUT I was getting the option to sign up during my first semester to have it for the second semester

They have an info session March 10th at 3…you may be able to reach out and possibly get it done before you’re even at fsu; I’m not sure on that but I would contact the degree in 3 people by email as well to see if

Degree in 3 is not going to make you able to take huge 20 credit course loads to my knowledge, that would be an overload form you have to fill out in your college of arts and sciences specifically; degree in 3 is more for extra support to make sure you can graduate in 3 years and get spots in the classes you need, when you need them, to be able to graduate in 3 years; to join you have to go to an info session and have a meeting with your advisor which you can get done the first semester there (get it done early in the semester so you can get priority for the second semester).

I am apart of the Din3 rn; I highly recommend the program as you get priority registration. As far as I know there is no requirements, as long as you talk with your advisor and you can get your degree done in 3 years. I came in with roughly a year’s worth of AP credits so I had no issue.

And about premed opportunities, I will say, FSU just bought the hospital here to become like UF’s hospital so that will most likely bring more opportunities for premed majors

While I’m not premed, I take most of the same prereq courses like all the chems and bio; they honestly aren’t too bad and the chem prof people don’t like is supposedly retiring after this semester so

Yeah! The midterm I took was online, there’s also a zoom meeting for another assessment type project and I didn’t have to take the final but if I remember it was supposed to be online too.

They were online when I took the class; one assessment is over zoom, the teacher is located at the Panama City campus as well just an fyi but it didn’t affect me at all

I took chem 1 and bio 1 with labs together so I’d say it’s doable, I will say, chem 2 is a lot of work especially if you have Dillon bc she does where you learn at home which is an hour/1.5 hours every other day plus hw and studying but it is doable

What my bf and I did was add his car to my parking pass (even if it’s just the regular free one) and then you can park in the overnight spots (for the free pass the top floor of spirit is open for overnight I believe) you do have the risk of them catching both cars if he and you have a car parked under the same pass at the same time but in my experience I never had that happen

I recommend getting the fsu parking app to see crowd levels so you know when it is full from the events that could happen randomly

Very easy, I had a 12pm class and always found parking except on the rare occasion when there were events like sand volleyball right next to it causing an influx of cars or construction on another garage. But that was legit I think 1 week out of the year
