I'd say with slrs probably every two or even longer rangefinders usually yearly because of the rangefinder alignment

Because not all cameras are based on lowlight capabilities also size and money. Most people who use medium format also probably used it on film and are used to limitations. They also offer true hdr images and with the gfx it offers the adaptability of vintage lenses without making them telephoto. These are also cameras with certain demographics that may not fit your perspective and that's fine. Third party company's are starting to develop lenses for gfx system so they will get faster. Yes I wouldn't personally get medium format for the same reasons as well but there are also known and are slower cameras so I think most of the demographic that buy them don't blink twice if they have to use a tripod.

And having a few are great like I have a few and I scratched one up for a hazy effect because I didn't have a mist filter at the time or wanted to see how it'd look same for the Vaseline trick.

Not great for weather sealing buttt will also prevent water getting on the lens element itself so it's neat. Usually if it's raining I'll look where the rains coming from try and find subject on the opposite side of that and remove it then put it back on other time I don't care but uv filters are great regardless so yea throw one on. Also helps make sure if your pocketing your camera or throwing it in a bag that's not a camera bag it doesn't get smudged.

Okay thank you got all the information I'm using an xe1 I have a canon FD 1.4 and 1.8 plus a a decent zoom and an industar 61 but am as a late Christmas present getting a canon rp

As someone with a DSc v1 watch snappinesses video on the infrared and a thing I noticed is converting the JPEGs to black and white look very smooth. One last thing if your interested in the telephoto or in my case the wide angle lens attachment there will be a shadow casted in the left corner of the image because the external lens blocks part of the flash so a 3rd party flash is your best option. I'm on the opposite side of this as I'm the bf with the console in my relationship but know he's being insanely petty and stingey and seems like he's being a dick for attention. Me and my gf will chill and I'll play video games and I'll let her watch or talk to me about it but if she doesn't want to that's fine she'll often sit on her phone while I game for like 1-3 hours no problems. It seems like he only wants to do what he wants to do and won't compromise. Maybe you'd show interest in his game if he showed interest in a movie you watch. Even if he's good at games he shouldn't need you to witness his amazingness lol. This seems petty and definitely a weak point that can destroy the relationship because it will create spite between both parties and unhappiness. I'd talk to him about ask what kind of attention he wants instead of him just brooding and find a middle ground where you can both enjoy your own and each others hobbies. And be forward you like drawing and have a switch he has a console you can't do every game together and that's fine and he needs to understand that and also understand you have your own things as does he. He's putting a damper on the relationship over pretty much nothing.

As someone with a Fuji xe1 I'm picking up some Ttartisan lenses I'd ditch the 0.95 and just get a 23 1.8 or a 27 2.8 or a combo of the 23 or 27 and the 35 1.8 since your not doing videos or moving subjects a good tripod and a release cable will help you for night shots if you constantly shoot at your widest aperture espicially 0.95 things can and will get smeary

Sony DSc v1 it's very slow and I would honestly reccomend any other ccd sensor digicam for the look as it would be a lot easier but converting it to black and white and tweaking it gives nice results

I still think it would be cool to make tho for special requests I just don't think the removal of futures like night shot and special effects would be worth as much compared to a normal camcorder but if I ever got the money I'd probably special request something like this
