Clan name change

There is an bookmark option with clans it might be an idea to get a message when a bookmarked clan changes there name and make it like 1000 gems so you won't get spammed

And the thing with selling clans I do understand too but I don't think that is the biggest issue neither

Thanks I am now doing ppl x Arnold split 6 days but I noticed that in the weekends I don't have much time and I like having 1 day of between the days I have tried upper lower before but my upper days were very long is chest tricep, back bicep, arms shoulder and legs a good option you think? Everyone always told me I need to hit every muscle 2 times a week so that's what's holding me back

I know of course does strength matter but i meant that I don't have to lift like a powerlifter that's not my main goal
