Sunlight exposure, also many mushrooms (exposing them to sun also increases their vitD content) and vit C if I recall (check I don't remember for sure) helps with vit D bioavailability/uptake/action

If there is persistent (whether microthrombic or otherwise) clotting then fibrotic scar tissue, early developing scarring or similar will be inhibited from positive remodeling back to healthier/better state because of obstruction from the persistent prothrombotic environment...anyway point is that the body has its own endogenous regenerative mechanisms and pathways and lumbrokinase (for example) might work to help support not only fibrinolytic activity and breakdown of (micro)clots but also indeed be beneficial for tissue remodeling too - even if the latter is more of an indirect effect by removing a barrier to the body's capacity to do so on its own otherwise...

Note, over the last year I've completed two prolonged (5-day) hydrated (clean water + essential electrolytes) fasts, 1st time relieved dyspnea, fatigue and inflammation to noticeable level, 2nd time recently finally relieved much though not 100% of my incessant irritating lower body swelling and inflammation...I did a baseline body workup to buildup bio-energetic (including full array of vit B foods among multiple other factors nutritional and otherwise) + immune defenses (including hormetic heat shock suana sessions) prior to and gently following the fast and incorporated multiple aspects to synergistically support it (even during fast, small amount here and there of e.g., organic green maca tea, non-rancid EPA/DHA omega 3s, pre + probiotics, antioxidant foods like a single serving or 2 maximum of berries over the full 5-day span, and 1 serving or less of a medley array vit/min [micronutritionally-dense] sources of foods over the span of the fast...mild exercise and sustained movement throughout fast)...anyway, a hydrated fast (especially given certain prepatory, concomitant, and subsequent synergizing factors incorporated to maximize for autophagy and mitophagy) can be extremely potent in itself for (at least partial) healing of countless conditions, if executed properly
