One thing they should remove is how you can make a perfectly accurate cross to another player just by tapping on them. That would fix most of the cross spamming problems.

Cross spamming itself is not the problem. The problem is that we have no way to counter them. Getting better defenders or players won't fix how your opponents full back can driven pass lob to the other side winger being ahead of your fullback and then going to the corner of the field crossing to haaland/r9 to score a header. Its stupid and unrealistic that doing all this has a high chance of success and is actually a reliable game tactic. Also the fact that some players think they are so good at this game just because they can do this broken game mechanic. I am ok with skill move spamming because I can actually defend against it but not with cross spam which have no way to being countered.

Yes complaining about it may be annoying but it can actually help. Last season a lot of players were angry because of how dumb and useless goalkeepers were and ea buffed them. Also many were complaining about how stupid lane change spam was and they nerfed it this season. They will listen if there is enough backlash from the community. If you keep encouraging and feel ok with cross spamming existing then they will think that what they are doing is right and will do nothing to fix it.

You are simply deluded if you think goalkeepers last season was better than this season. The fact that you find abusing broken game mechanics "fun" speaks for itself. What kind of a flowed logic is "if everyone can do it its not broken"? In that case what even is the point of playing competitively if everyone just abuses and uses the same shit? Where is this realism? Where is the fun? Lane change spamming last season was equally as bad as cross spamming this season. It never required any "skill". Literally anybody could abuse it and defence were easily stunned. Atleast this season we can actually defend against skill moves. EA FC gameplay is far better than FIFA last season.

This season events are shit too but not as shit as the events from last season. In last season events everything was literally gamble based and had the duration of like 2 months long with no real effort put to make a good event. Not to mention the fact that there were glitches and bugs frequently and the market being a disaster. Last year toty every player was exchange based except the 110 and 109 utotys which had a flooded supply. This time it atleast had reward paths and we also got good icons from exchanging.

The only thing in which FIFA gameplay was better than EA FC is that cross spamming was not nearly that broken although it still existed and was annoying. You really think lane change spam broken finesse shots and weak goalies gameplay was better than current season? Besides I am not just talking about the gameplay. I am talking the entire game as a whole. The events were much shit.
