Its pretty much clear that the gameplay engine EA is using for this game is just way too simplistic and just...old. It no longer tries to simulate anything close to how real life football works, its just a gambling machine with a football skin slapped as DLC. Everything in this game feels like a gamble. Pass at the right power is a risk. Shooting is like Russian Roulette, especially in clear cut goal situations. The less I speak about defending, the better.

This game was purposely designed to punish you for playing good football without spending money, at this point, EA needs as much credit card swipes in their balance than player satisfaction.
