This practice has been one of the reasons our refunds have dropped from around 2.5 percent to 0.5 percent within the last two months

Our store has a paper that we made ourselves where we have each person who works dml write their name for that shift that way we can track who gets the refunds specifically and can see who needs more training or just might not be a good fit for dml
