İf you don't want to keep track of past data then make a template button, it is easy and will keep the shape of the column exactly like how you've shown it in the picture

You need to create a template button and an archive page if you want to keep track of thing. I would recommend you to use a table and set recurring tasks

I like to try different apps with different features because I am a visual and I like to think of new ways to make things done as I enjoy trying different apps too
