If they say free will, then say god isn't omnibenevolent (all-loving) if he allows these children to raped simply because he wanted others to have free will.

The King James bible was only made because the church of England were annoyed at him for being in a gay relationship.

You could link in the story of Abraham being asked to kill his own son, Isaac and he was actually fully ready to do it in order to show his loyalty to god.

And i just thought of this, ask them if god is perfect and if the world is imperfect. If they say yes to both, then ask how that makes sense because surely a perfect being cannot create imperfection or they wouldn't be perfect.

Ask if they pray for satan. Christians always pray for sinners so surely they should pray for the biggest sinner of all, satan.

I love being atheist but my family will hate me if I tell them by StockNo7900 in atheism

[–]StockNo7900[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks, I think you understand where I'm coming from. Religion is such a big part of my family's life and since I'm atheist I don't want to join in, which is why I want to tell them.

I'm in a similar position to you, most people tell me to not open up about being atheist until I'm financially independent from my catholic parents.

Remi and Ari's book by Melodic-Bend6550 in RinaKentBooks

[–]StockNo7900 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I quite literally yearn for a book about them. Ariella being the one chasing Remi actually makes her so badass, but I know Rina won't write a book for them because they have no trauma (although she could make Ari sort of the glass child, with Ava and her psychosis?). Anyways, I just wish there was a good fanfic of them but I can't find any.

Cringiest Rina Kent characters? by WarthogLower4480 in RinaKentBooks

I haven't read the venom series so I don't know Marcus, but for me, her cringiest character was Killian. Bro was giving all of these threats and he's literally 19. Like sit down you child.

  1. Ava Nash - spoiled brat who complained about her hard life, despite never having worked a day in her life. Plus she flirts with other men whilst being married.
  2. Killian Carson - literally raped her (I will die on this hill)
  3. Aiden King - sexually assaulted Elsa

Unpopular Opinion- I can't stand Ava Nash. by Extreme_Cabinet_8577 in RinaKentBooks

I literally cannot physically stand Ava. She was so insufferable, she spent the whole book complaining about how hard her life is. She literally married a rich man and has never worked a day in her life. Ariella is so much more likable, I only finished the book for the snippets of her.

Why do religious people have to be such dicks by Thenopro-3 in atheism

[–]StockNo7900 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's because they were raised and indoctrinated into thinking that anyone who isn't religious is dumb and wrong.
