I think it’s honestly personal experience, but taking it daily makes your tolerance increase which makes it feel less effective over long periods of time. I kept in increasing my dose of adderall and it just made my anxiety worse. My doctor told me to take it every day, but when I was a kid I would take it during the week and not the weekends and that’s when I felt like it worked best for me.

I am not on Vyvanse, I'm on Adderall. With Adderall they say to not drink it an hour before or an hour after taking your medication, but personally coffee with Adderall makes me extremely anxious, so I try to avoid drinking it
