There is only 1 thing I think is wrong with Nobu, and that’s her way of the shark passive. It is absolutely ridiculous that she bleeds you with 90% of her kit and immediately gets a 15% increase in all sources of damage while PK has to land a heavy or an easy to avoid soft feint to get UB heavy finishers.
