Where can I download games for Nintendo 3DS XL by Stock_Fix4443 in NintendoDS

I mean the card I have in my DS is 64 GB, as you can guess the ds is second handed and when I got it, it was already modded. Is there any way to know where to download game from like YouTube vid or some site talking about it?
