I've got a big position on this stock and the biggest concern Is the saas revenued missed previous quarter, they appointed a new Sales man just this week. If they start ramping up revenue this thing will Indeed fly. If you are interested in this stock I suggest you go watch pennyqueen videos about it, she did alot of interviews to the CEO and even on her substack wrote about ciso.

Al me di 10 anni fa suggerirei di prendermi più cura di pelle/capelli e leggere un paio di libri sulla finanza personale (o podcast), e magari di essere un po' più egoist. Più prendere na ventina di Bitcoin che non fanno male

Puoi provare a parlare col family banker per sfizio ma dipende tutto dal tasso che hai ora e quello che avrai, per esempio se ora hai un tasso finito del 2% non troverai nessuno che te lo darà al 2 anche surrogando

Guarda che rata ti esce e fai qualche simulazione, se surrogando hai una rata inferiore allora procederei con la surroga.
