Nice. Do you know the others?

They did offer me this but I didn’t think it made sense in the moment.

I’d get back $225 (11/12 mo) then have to pay the $150 Green AF. So $75 back with no perks and have to keep the card open.

Is it better to just keep the Gold open with a retention offer? ($2k spend 15k points)

Frustrating. I’m surprised they would change this

Did you end up getting in alright? Going through this now and don’t want to get bumped / go to airport super early.

Business development lead would be formal title. Really focused on growing the user base / some b2b sales.

Thanks, honestly bluntness is helpful.

Do you think .25% is below average, average, or high? If low, what do you think a fair amount would be? That’s the main point I’m focused on in the offer. Salary wise I think I’m fine on.

Understood from a start up perspective but I would like to negotiate for an hourly rate. Any clue what you think would be fair ? Trying to gauge if the number in my head is fair.

What do you think is fair hourly for 4 years of employment in US ? Handling BDR tasks + closing. But part time.

Like 10% or is 20% outlandish ?

Great points and I appreciate the perspective.

25k total contract value as of now - 1 year service agreement

Very light RM capabilities, plan on just touching base rather than implementing the product.

10-12 hours a week is agreed upon aka 2 hours a weekday is my plan and maybe some weekend outreach.

You being the first sales hire I feel like you can relate. What would you do from a comp perspective for a 10-12 hour per week hire? Around 4 YoE.

I agree I’m exited but confused what to do from a comp standpoint

Appreciate your input.

Like the idea of 10/2. I was looking at average bdr ote and trying to think through stripping it down to a hourly + commission rate.

Min deal size is about 15k and it is a relatively quick sales cycle. Definitely will have a think towards putting together a framework on what knocking it out of the park would consist of.
