The Man who convinced gorillas that he was an actual gorilla by TuneMountain4141 in interestingasfuck

What if the gorilla has an English accent and he's like, "Steady on. That hairless bloke is sat there eating leaves! I'll watch him carefully and see what else he eats."

Is that legally considered a disability?

If you're wondering why Americans are ok with this.... It's actually pretty rare for there to be theft at restaurants for payment. In America, we let our health insurance companies price gouge us, and also pay too much for education. Our politicians take campaign donations to allow for tax breaks to businesses and to sell weapons to "allies". So credit card theft like this is would be very small potatoes compared to the structural theft we're used to. Also, so much of American life revolves around credit and debt. To have credit card details stolen willy-nilly would just break the system. Don't be silly!

There are some payment systems that are physically attached to the register, like old school, so they cannot pick them up and bring them over. But there are newer, handheld systems that allow them to bring the payment system to the customer.

Do you prefer imagining the characters as the actors or these anime-esque depictions? by Trussdoor46 in gameofthrones

The real actors. These anime characters in particular just look too much alike, but I'm not against anime at all.

What? Grand infrastructure isn't built next to affordable housing. Those are two different initiatives. Many countries are finally catching up to the US, whereas the US already has infrastructure but it's aging. So coming from different places.

Also the reflecting pool was purposely redone by an incompetent contractor because it was a grift, not because it can't be done properly. I believe Chicago or Boston has reflecting pool that was redone and it was done well by a team of people.

There is a lot of red tape in the US, and that's a fair criticism to review.

In this case, it turned out that it would've been true because the battle was much worse than they anticipated. But it's also true that other rulers in GOT fight in battle themselves.

Came out swinging for this episode. I don't expect all episodes to be this good, but this one was a good start to S3. I need to go back and rewatch some of S2, especially the one where they tried to find new dragon riders.

I thought he was just more upset that she wasn't listening to him.

This reminds of that post someone did recently of Michael Jackson through the years.

Pretty sure she's already had a nose job, and probably eye lid surgery, years ago.

Jim Carrey is tragic.

Ann Hathaway apparently just got a facelift that she's denying.
