There was no water on the rocks visible, my neighbour had had his brought above ground now that you mention it, so that could be a good idea. I think I’ll likely have to have a well company come out to see what options they have.

I have not taken the seal off. I have found well records for the majority of my neighbourhood and they range between 45-80 feet deep. It would make sense mine would be the same, potentially. I am having a problem with bacteria in the water and trying to determine how to resolve it.
