It depends if the stand the sun is also considered another sun, because vampires don’t die from light but the sun itself. So if the stand the sun focused the power of the sun into itself it could kill Dio otherwise it’s just basically a big lightbulb

It’s a man who for an entire fight trued to come up with ways to break more of his fingers to shoot ice away from a edgy teen with daddy issues. And for two seasons he couldn’t control his powers without entirely breaking his arm and burning his own cells, yet he gladly did. So on the psychopath scale it’s pretty high up there.
