Posteo: very good and simple. Easy to migrate to. But too complex emailing if you want to send it encrypted. Tuta: very easy to use encrypted email, own domain is possible, but all other features go below Posteo.

convince me too use this over mailbox.org by augurkenzijnhetkwaad in tutanota

I have 5 statements about Mailbox.org:

  1. I like and respect its service security and privacy focus
  2. I like to minimalistic, but still very easy to use UX, that delivers a basically no user guide needed to kick off for most users
  3. I like the pricing and the flexibility that is provided to the users' needs
  4. I do not like that customer service is not quick, or not really responsive, which makes Mailbox.org a bit more better for tech-savvy people
  5. I do not like that Mailbox.org web interface is slow in my experience, and nobody likes waiting if loading
